Grace’s coaching has been very interesting as her perception on different subjects gave me a good insight. The subtle changes in directions she offered me have and still are very useful. Grace has the ability to filter the provided information to the essence of the matters which is a great experience for me to move forward. The breathing exercises I received from Grace work quite well, and they also help improve my routine and energy. To be honest it would be nice to have a coach like Grace around more often.
